PID Temperature Controllers feature dual displays & selectable inputs. These PID Temperature Controllers are easy to operate and the out can be ordered for a relay contact, a voltage pulse, or a 4 to 20 mAmp output. 

PID Temperature Controllers also accepts various inputs from f thermocouples, RTD, DC voltage and DC current. In addition, these controllers can have 2 independent alarm contacts that are programmable to be deviation, process, or set value alarms. 

The Heater Break alarms utilize an external current transformer that monitors the heater current and activates an alarm should the current fall below a threshold value that has been set by the operator. The loop break monitors and protects the entire temperature control system. 

The loop break alarm will detect Heater Breaks, Thermocouple or RTD failure, short circuits, or the failure of an operating device such as a mechanical relay, Mercury Relay or SSR.
