RETURNS AND REFUND TERMS
Returns are accepted within 30 days from invoice date with a 15% restocking fee calculated on the value of the returned items plus shipping costs. An RMA number is necessary in order to start the return process. Merchandise must be returned to Industrial Heat Sources, Inc., in the original shipping box, with all its parts and unused. Industrial Heat Sources, Inc., will not accept any items 30 days after invoice date.
